Hi, I'm Nick, and I help empower young adults (17-24) to transform their lives through fitness and self-improvement with my online beginner courses and coaching.


It’s important that I disclose I have no formal training or qualifications. I do however have a lot of experience creating workout routines, fitting workouts into a busy schedule that work with school and recently full time work. I have worked through personal injuries and mental setbacks and carry 5 years of independent research and learning from my own fitness journey. My goal is to share what I have learnt with others, and help fast track them to a fitter, healthier and happier future. The experience I aim to offer through my services is one of personal development, growth, with a sense of closeness and trust to the coach and to the community around the programs.

As a kid and young teen I was always thin and lacked physical strength. I felt a lack of control over my body and insecure about my small and frail appearance despite being quite tall. It came to a boiling point when during highschool someone put me in a choke hold. I was unharmed, but completely helpless and powerless. I decided I didn’t want to feel like that ever again, so began my fitness journey. 

My mission is to help people avoid or escape this feeling of complete helplessness I once had. I believe that everyone should be able to feel strong and confident in their own body. Not arrogant, but calm and in control of their movement. Over the last 5 years of pursuing fitness I have learned a whole lot about the body, and how to train it. With training and dedication I have been able to run a half marathon, get my Black Belt in Karate and have learnt how to do a handstand, getting very close to a handstand pushup.

My main product currently is Stuck to Strong, my 30 Day Calisthenics Challenge. The goal is to build strength, confidence and a consistency together over 30 days, it is priced at $49 AUD.

How much is the 30 day challenge?

It is currently $49, but may increase overtime as it's value is validated in the market.

How much time do I need to commit to the challenge?

About 2 hours per week. You'll do 3x30 minute workouts, and 1x 30 minute lesson per week. During prep week you'll do a 15~ min check-in each day but no workouts.

What makes Stuck to Strong different from other challenges?

You can join no matter your level, and by the end of the challenge you'll have your OWN workout routine, and the knowledge you need to continue your journey on your own. Give a man a fish and he eats for a meal, teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime.
